Heat Exchanger Retubes
Dealing with a leaking cooler may not be the huge, costly problem you might expect.
Spiro-Gills Thermal Products are able to offer an off site retubing service.
The service comprises:
Collection from site
Removal and disposal of old tubes 
Refurbishment of headers as required
Replacement of finned tubes
Hydropressure test (3rd party witnessed if required)
Return to your site.
The service has a turnaround time of less than 10 days.
It has many advantages. Down time is kept to a minimum and can be scheduled to fit in with maintenance requirements. Cost is far cheaper than purchasing a complete new bundle. The life and operating efficiency of exisitng equipment is extended.
